This game will have zero pay to win, a cosmetic only cash shop with no convenience items and a $15 per month subscription fee business model with no box cost. Shroud Of The Avatar is actually quite a unique MMO, In terms of questing and narrative it feels a bit like dungeons and dragons online, the map traversal reminds me of Final Fantasy 8, The world is full of player owned towns, houses and shops whilst also having a bit of a sandboxy PVE feeling about it in that there’s no linear questing route. In this game quests aren’t displayed to you, instead you go to a location of your interest, talk to the NPCs and only by talking to them can you find out if they have a quest for you or not, In terms of gameplay Shroud Of The Avatar is classic tab target combat with a skill and classless progression system that’s a cross between Runescape and Mortal Online. The last time I tried Shroud Of The Avatar was 7 and a half years ago and the games had a tonne of updates since then so let’s see how this old school MMORPG is holding up in 2024. Introducing: Vindictus: Defying Fate, My reaction when I saw the title of this game was that it sounds like the name of a content update for Vindictus the MMO but no, it is in fact a brand new game. Developed and Published by Nexon Vindictus Defying Fate tags itself as action RPG, Medieval Souls-Like, Single Player, Hack & Slash… no mention of multiplayer. To keep it brief this Vindictus Defying Fate is a souls like, designed to be played on controller, where you progress through a linear level fighting bosses, resting at campfires, and admiring the games rather impressive Unreal Engine 5 graphics. The only unique thing about this game is that it’s a souls like with big anime tiddy, outfits and emotes that’ll show off the jiggle physics. The combat isn’t actually anything like Vindictus the MMO and instead feels like Dark souls with faster, more spammy attacks and skill combos. Enshrouded Full Review "Actually Worth Playing?"

Enshrouded is an open world survival RPG that can be played solo or with up to 16 other players in which you must build a base, rescue NPCs, farm resources out in the world and craft evermore powerful gear to clense the world of a corrupting mist called “The Shroud” by locating and chopping down “Shrout Roots” which in turn grants you with skill points to help you take on harder bosses, different biomes and other challenges. In my previous video I covered Enshrouded in a first impressions format however in this video I finish all of the content currently available in the game in this stage of early access and give my full pros and cons list review at the end, and yes, my opinion is actually quite a bit different after 50 hours than it was at 15. Previously we created a character that surprisingly looked a lot like me, we awoke from the cinder vault and immediately got to exploring what appeared to be a vast mysterious world full of interesting POIs to explore, I built a house and was instantly blown away by Enshrouded’s building system, I learned that attacking explosive barrels with melee weapons probably isn’t the smartest thing to do and I cleared multiple POIs, looted chests and found myself rather baffled at the games loot system. We ended the first impressions at level 12 after getting about half way through the forest biome with a set of mid game gear, let’s see how my opinion on Enshrouded changes are we take on the end game. Enshrouded is a game that will likely be of interest to you if you enjoyed games such as V Rising, Valheim, Palworld, Frozen Flame, Windbound or Outward in the past, It’s one of those games that blend survival and RPG together where you go out, explore and have an adventure that isn’t completely linear and on rails. This is a follow up to my Palworld first impressions video, during which I was having such a fun time with the game I decided that I’d make a follow up full review where I capture every pal and complete the game. Previously we began our adventure on the Pal Islands by creating a hairy bearded man, we built our first base about 20 metres from the where you spawn into the world and I was instantly captivated by the idea of taming these cute little pokemon like creatures and turning them into my work slaves or just straight up slaughtering them for resources. We died trying to capture a Dinosom, we equipped ourselves with better gear, tamed a melpaca to help me go out and explore, fended off multiple invasions and caught numerous Alpha pals with my strongest being Wixen and Katress. We ended the first impressions at level 23 after defeating Zoe and Grizzbolt but in this video we’ll be continuing where we left off and fully finishing the game.
